yunho always striked me as the most confident person. he also look like the bf type. haha. during the prank vid. i was so awed at how he reacted to the whole incident. he stodd up for the girl and made sure the ladies apologised. when he shouted tat scared me a whole bit. haha. but after the whole prank he was so.. embarassed? haha. he was like 'junsu hold me i think i'm going to faint' haha. it was so cute. he likes to do stuff then get embarassed covering his face and all. haha. tat's y i like him too! and oh he's the most stable during anything. as in grp stuff. like media interviews and all. u shoot a qs to him and he make sure he answers them all. haha tough on the outside but a softy on the inside XD


junsu's next up! to me watever he does is his best. no matter it's dancing singing or even sigining his siggy. he always make sure it's his best and nothing else. when he sings he puts in all his emotions into it and wow. i'm always stunned. haha. then he's so cute and innocnet looking like wat kai unnie said. haha. i never really knew the reason why i spazz at him but then it's just automatic. everytime i see him i'll just perk up and smile like crazy. not tat i don't do it for the rest of the boys but ya. he looks like a kid acts like one but is an angel


yoochun. i feel so sad for him all the time. though we see him smiling and do all those dorkified stuff, i feel as if he's empty inside. like he's missing something and tat doesn't make yoochun the real yoochun. i guess it's cause he's so far away from his family and nothing really replaces family and their love. hearing him missing his family and all make me so sad. though i don't like him as much as the rest of the members, i feel sad fir everytime i see his face. lost and lonely. i want to hug him and tell him tat we all love him. but tat doesn't really help him huh?


jaejoong!! the pretty boy. i'm so jealous of his pretty face. haha. having to grow up in such a hge family really needed him to be independent. he even had to start working and stop studying at a young age. not tat he was forced to but he wanted to. cause he loves his family a whole lot. he tends to stone from point to point. i always wonder wat's he thinking. bout his parent's? bout his singing and performance? i dunno. like unnie said he has tat mysterious feeling. haha. but given time u'll be able to find the true jaejoong who's crappy and fun. who will love u with all his heart and do anything just to make u happy. someone who would give his all just for u and u alone not bothered by wat others say. he would also defend u even if u're wrong and tell everyone u're right when u're not.


changmin! the lil baby. kangie has matured a whole lot. and i'm really happy to see him all grown up and all. he's getting so much hotter now. wow. the change just make me go wow. haha. on screen he's always so quiet. but when he laughs, the whole place is filled with so much fun. haha. he's so well mannered tat sometimes i want to hold him tight and stop him from bowing so much and i worry tat one day he'll hit his head on something by accident while bowing. haha. i'm keeding.


i want to spend a day with all of them. i want to know all of them better. not as a fan but as a friend? like just to know how they feel having the media and fans watching them like a hawk all day. how the handle it and how much they enjoy it.but if i really have to choose. it's hard... :x i think i'll choose junsu. not tat i like him but i want to know how he tries to be perfect for everything. i want to learn the art of perfection. haha

oh wells i dunno..

i screwed up my chem pract. my burette reading was actually 24.6 but i dunno how did it and saw it as 25.6 not once but TWICE!! i saw tat TWICE!! plus i had so much time to check and i didn't wash my burette yet so the whole measurement was right at my face.

then i lost my geog tys ans book. not lost but it got stolen. i left it in class then went for chem pract. but when i left sch i couldn't find it. i'm very sure i brought it from kap cause i slept on it before chem.

i've a sprained ankle. owh~

some stuff happened at home. not nice stuff.

let's all leave the bad and look at some other stuff. i went to west mall to post the dvd. haha. i tell u i'm so easily amused. haha. it was such a fun experience. the bubble padded envelope. the declaration sticker. the stamps. haha. so fun huh? i wonder how long it'll reach there..

haha. i'm telling u stefanie chua's the most sarcastic person ever. period :x

i told her tat i accidentally hit my head on rachel's guitar on sat (i lied down on rach's bed and happened tat her guitar was there. i knew it but just didnt expect it to be directly under my head T_T ouch~!) then i said it was hard. she went "have u ever seen a soft guitar before?" -___-;;;

then she went off to the study room so i've a whole side of the bench to myself and i lied on her bag. she happened to have a box file in it so it was a hard 'pillow'. i told her during recess/lunch tat her bag was hard and she said "was it as hard as the guitar?" -_____-!!! i almost wanted to strangle her la!!!

rach was sick so candice and i decided to go to her house and study and pay her a visit too. candice and i plucked bouganvilla flowers from our school gate then we tot we'd just give her tat cause we've no money. it was cause i told rach tat we'll visit her and buy her fruits and flowers. so we got flowers. haha. after tat we walked and decided we'd be nicer than tat and get her proper flowers from KAP. candice said we'd hide the flowers than give her the bouganvilla. ha. so we stuck the flowers on her bag.

rach opened the door, we gave her the bouganvillas, she laughed and locked the gate. but then she was just behind candice who happened to have the flowers behind on the bag. so i was frantically trying to open the front door (which was so freaking difficult to open) and then candice rushed into the house and plonked on the sofa. half squiching the flowers. haha. so candice and i ended up laughing while rach tot we were laughing at the bouganvillas. haha. i tell u u shld see her reaction when we gave her the proper flowers. haha. so funny.

THE TRUTH ABOUT CHOCOLATE
It can heal your heart and mind—but you have to eat the right kind. Here's what to avoid, what to indulge in.by Alice Lesch Kelly, Prevention magazine

If it hasn't occurred to you to toss chocolate shavings into a salad, shake cocoa powder over a bowl of popcorn, or serve chicken with a savory chocolate mole sauce, now might be a good time to ask yourself why. Scientists are finding that chocolate—or, more specifically, cocoa powder made from ground, defatted cocoa beans—contains compounds that have the potential to protect against heart disease, stroke, cancer and diabetes.

Cocoa beans contain substantial amounts of antioxidants, dietary substances that mop up free radicals. (The cell damage they cause can lead to cancer-triggering mutations or blood-vessel scarring that accelerates heart problems.) Disease-fighting antioxidants are also present in blueberries, kale, spinach, tea, red wine and grape juice. But chocolate is a particularly potent source; ounce for ounce, dark chocolate has five times as many antioxidants as blueberries.

Food scientists are no longer shy about praising chocolate, and not just as a dip for strawberries. Several studies have demonstrated that antioxidants in chocolate—known as flavonols—help lower levels of "bad" LDL cholesterol while boosting "good" HDL cholesterol. Flavonols seem to ease inflammation, opening blood vessels and improving blood flow. These antioxidants can prevent platelets from adhering to the lining of blood vessels, inhibit blood clotting and help prevent plaque formation in the arteries, explains Carl L. Keen, Ph.D., chairman of the nutrition department at the University of California, Davis. "The science is compelling. I think it's a good idea to include flavonol-rich foods such as chocolate in your diet," Keen says

And like a quality bar of Valrhona, the research keeps getting better. A recent Italian study confirmed that dark chocolate can decrease blood pressure; it also revealed that the dark stuff may help prevent type 2 diabetes by encouraging hormones to transport sugar from the blood into cells for fuel. In another study, published in March, soccer players in Argentina who ate 3.7 ounces of milk chocolate every day for 2 weeks had improved markers of cardiovascular health, including lower blood pressure, LDL cholesterol, and total cholesterol than soccer players who ate white chocolate (which contains few flavonols).

In April, Georgetown University researchers reported that when human breast cancer cells were treated with pentamer—yet another antioxidant found in cocoa—it interrupted the rapid growth that can lead to tumors. It's too early to tell whether pentamer would act the same way in the body as it behaves in a test tube, but if it does, it could have potential as a cancer treatment.

Before you blow next month's grocery budget at Godiva, just remember that the stuff is high in calories. To get the biggest health (and flavor) bang for your buck, you really have to eat the right kind. Happily, the government has been on the job to determine which chocolate is the best. A recent study by the USDA's Agricultural Research Service revealed the antioxidant content in various types, and in April, results were presented at a major science conference. The research revealed that the more cocoa powder the chocolate contains, the more antioxidants you're getting.

wow. alll i can say is wow. i'm so amazed and amused. haha.

they did it again. WTS LIVE!! it was so freaking good. too good to be true. wat's more a live band too. wow~ i'm jealous. haha

junsu's hair is so funny. haha puffy and nice. hello jaejoong who isn't wearing anything underneath. haha. i like their jacket. it look so warm and nice. junsu sang My Everything by 98 degrees. yoochun you lousy person. can't sing so harmonise with junsu. haha. you said something bout Micheal Jackson summore emphasised then where's the song? haha. you fob. jaejoong sang Incomplete by Sisqo i think. changmin and yunho i dunno la. some korean song. hehe.

then they did Tonight. i think it was really good. considering it was live and they did it for the first time too. yunho was good. i could hear him so well. changmin always good. but then the whole thing was a bit messy. as in junsu's mic was so wierd. sometimes u hear him sometimes u don't. T_____T jaejoong did his lines very well. junsu was so engrossed in it. tat yoosu moment again. haha. overall it was really good. i enjoyed it. they hit their notes and all. even yoochun too. just the fact tat i couldn't hear junsu well. tat i don't like :x more yoosu -__-;;; yunho screamed too. wow. the sound system was bad la. full stop. haha. ok i go. bye

haha. it's so funny how no one heard and minwoo was like 'go go go' haha. so funny. junsu took the trophy but didn't take the flower. haha. he kinda pretended it didn't exist. haha. i think XD

the perf was HOT!!! junsu had tat face tat made me want to eat him. haha. changmin too. it was so fun. yunho's popping was so good. wow O_Oi'm happy tat the boys won once more. yay!! i'm just so happy beyond words!!

i'm lazy to write more. today was so slack. kinda. i did chem amaths and physics. i totally forgot bout maths lesson till 10 plus. then i was like WTH!! i missed maths!! haha. oh wells. it was nothing much so *shrugs* study on my own then. haha. i'm just worried for the rest. amaths mock is coming on wed. i must study for it. i don't want to see mrs lim everyday during my study break. haha

DA JI IS CRAZY!!! she's so darn funny. i can't really remember everything. she signed and the kissed a fila card then gave it to junsu and junsu's like O_O??? haha. she fed changmin with food and it looked like the durian cake. those tat are in a long tube thingy. haha. she was like jaejoong i'l piggyback you and joongie was like ok and he pretends to hop on. haha. so funny. yunho was tryin not to laugh when da ji went on and on bout who hwaiting and all those. haha. so kewt.

we were both laming away on msn. i was like 'junsu said alicia's pretty' and she said ' i'll treat him nicer tonight' XD then i said 'he drew smiley faces all over my book. she said 'i told him not to touch my things' haha. it was so funny. we're both so lame. ok ok.i go now. break's over and cb still hates me so i can't watch love letter and see my lovely yunho and i cant see wat hye bin did to him and i dunno wat other people are talking. -_-

well the whole thing started with this girl who kissed yunho at the handshaking event. it's really sad tat she's gonna get beaten up but wat happened to R-E-S-P-E-C-T!? if she asked and yunho said yes tat's a totally different story. but she didn't. she spoilt yunho's mood. he was happy then she kissed him and now he's freaking pissed. she should have seen tat coming. her death wish is like signed. aish

but shouldn't yunho see it. shouldn't he like react. i mean u can see it right? some starger's lips like coming right at you. well i'm guessing it's cause he tot she wanted to hug him or something. *shrugs* i feel bad for both the girl and yunho. it's like she's gonna get beaten and yunho's being taken advantage of cause he's a nice guy. yunho's always nice. if u ask me, i think he's the most gentleman out of all of them. haha. mayb it's just now or mayb me. haha.

i feel so sorry for yunho and the girl. this is one hella big news and the boys are going to get unnecessary stress yet again. thanks tat girl who just happen to lose her common sense. aish.

haha. yunho's expression was priceless. super. he was like 'junsu hold me' haha. so funny. he was whining away too. haha.

he's super protective. wow. but he got really pissed when the lady tried giving him money. him getting angry is scary. really scary. haha. he's so sweet to say tat he was the girl's older cousin. he even believed her 100%!! he was like in control over the whole thing. he didn't even want changmin to get involved. but when he shouted. it scared me.

jaejoong and changmin's faces was so blur. haha. they weren't even laughing. haha. YUNHO STRIP!! STRIP!! he's such a dork. haha. junsu was helping him HOSU! yunho's shy at first. he said 'i love you' no? and yoochun's face was all distorted. haha. changmin and his lil sissy act O_O haha. everyone wanted to leave. haha. when yunho opened his lunchbox and sees the extra egg he was like HAHAHAHAHAH!! so cute.

i really don't understand how korean fans function. i'm not saying all. but some go to the extreme extent of stalking their favourite stars. i mean yes we all do go a lil crazy over the people we like but it has to havea limit no?

celebrities are human too. they eat sleep walk talk cry laugh and do everything tat we do. it's just their occupation tat makes them special. but tat doesn't give anyone the right to criticize them. wat i'm referring to is jaejoong's cyworld.

he had a cyworld tat was his. his own space. being a celebrity he doesn't have the freedom like you and me to go around talking and making his comments freely. so the cyworld he has is his. his space. his freedom of speech. his space where he could let his friends know how he was and felt. it even had a different gender to throw people off. it also had a different name.

everything he felt. whether he was suffering happy or not he updated his cyworld. but all to a certain extent. fearing of being revealed.

however fans being the over obsessive fans found his cyworld through other cyworlds of people who were affiliated to DBSK or SM. those bunch of girls tracked his cyworld for several months. keeping watch over wat was updated and pictures tat jaejoong posted. and somehow they figured tat it was jaejoong. cause he said he was 'leaving' when DBSK was leaving for japan and comments tat his friends gave him lead to the conclusion.

the main reason tat made him close his cyworld pictures and comments of jobless man often found in subways or train stations tat beg.

SOMEONE made screen captures of his cyworld and comments, and posted it all over the net. now there's a riot between the antis and the fans.

i'm not saying tat i agree with jaejoong's comments. but the antis spreading unneccessary hatred? why? what for? i mean we all have the right to comment. but why make a big fuss over his cyworld?

is it because he is a star? or is it just wat tat SOMEONE would do for another person's cyworld?

^ i agree with him to a certain extent. some of these people do take the easy way out. they rather sit there to beg than to go find a proper job. but other than tat. i'm saying he's too harsh. mayb these people have no other choice. mayb they have their own difficulties. i mean jaejoong left his family at a pretty young age cause of family problems such as income. so i'm sure he would ahve felt like those people in the screen captures. but it was through that all, he is wat he is today.

we all know how jaejoong is. he is the type of person tat will do anything and everything for someone. even if he doesn't know u. like the fanmeeting. he wanted to cry so badly but then with the thought of his fans in mind he didn't. he's the type of person tat goes all out and smile even though he's crumbling and broken inside. he'll never let you know how sad and how much he's suffering inside. it's not him to do tat.

BUT the ironic thing is. the caps are ONE SIDED! like unnie said it had more to it. i trust unnie. she's seen more and know and understand more of wat jaejoong is. i'm not saying tat unnie said it so it is it. i'm based on my judgment and reading of many posts. no one know jaejoong more than she does. well tat's wat i think and mayb not wat others or even u think. so watever.

our kimjaejoong is ever always forever so modest. he doesn't even consider himself as a star. comparing him to the rest of the boys i think he's the most modest one. i mean they all are but jaejoong's the most. i hate it how he always hide so many stuff inside him. even if he's hurting he says he's alright. sometimes i want to whack him up and knock some senses into him tat nothing is alright if he goes on like tat. but i guess tat's him. tat's the kimjaejoong he is.

no matter wat. i'm rumours comments from some biased @$$ed up person is not going to change my faith for kimjaejoong. i believe he's more than wat they say he is. more than wat he shows in front of the camera and on stage.

i personally think it's good tat he has a cyworld. a place where he can pour out his feeling. with the fact that no one interferes with wat he says.

jaejoong ah...when u're a celebrity u really have to be mindful of wat u say. every single eye is watching you. they will jump on you the istance u say something 'bad' tat they think it's worth spreading hatred of you. let this be a lil lesson to you ya? other than tat, u're still the jaejoong we all trust. i'll trust.
