hello! it's been a really long time i've posted. anyways, i've wrote a oneshot n decided to post it here. so do leave comments on the tagboard ya? take care peeps! ^^never ever leave me

Rachel watched Yunho as he stood by the beach. His back was hunched and he looked upset.
“Yunho, you wanted to speak to me?” Rachel approached Yunho.
“Rach, I don’t know whether I should tell you this.”
“If it makes you feel better, go ahead. I’m all ears.”
“You sure? I don’t know what will happen if you know what I’m going to say. I don’t know how you are going to react…” Yunho was nervous. He wanted to say it badly but he was afraid that when he said it, something bad would happen.
“I’ll try my best not to make a big fuss out of it.” Rachel smiled. Yunho sighed. He was still hesitating between telling Rachel or not. Finally he decided.
“Rachel ah…I’ve kept this inside me for a long time. I think it’s about time I tell you this before I die of misery.” Yunho let out a weak laugh. He didn’t know whether he could do this. Rachel smiled at him again assuring him. “I…Rachel I…I like you.” Finishing his sentence, Yunho stared into the water afraid to look at Rachel.
Rachel was shocked. She didn’t know how to react. This was not what she was expecting to hear. Not something so serious as this. She opened her mouth to speak but nothing came out. Her silence made Yunho turn around.
“Rachel. I know this is not right and I don’t expect you to accept me or anything. I know…” Yunho trailed off. This was getting tougher and tougher to express. “I know you love him and he loves you too. Nothing can separate the two of you. I’m not asking anything of you nor am I expecting anything. All I need is for you to know that I like you.” There. He did it. He was happy that he managed to do it. At least, it was a load off his chest. It had been there for the longest time. For once, he felt a sense of peace and relief.
“Yunho…” Rachel finally found her voice. “Thank you for letting me know about it. I’m glad you are willing to share your feelings with me.” Rachel paused. “I hope we still can remain as friends and not let this hurt our friendship.”
Yunho grinned. “So that means I still can bully you like I always do right?”
Rachel laughed. Yunho had thought through. He knew where he stood and that Rachel’s heart has only a place for one person. Yunho is now free.
“Rachel, I need a hug?” Yunho whined. Rachel walked up to Yunho and gave him a hug.
“Friends forever.”
But little did they know, someone was watching them from afar. Watching their every move.
Rachel returned to the resort room to find the door agar. She rushed in and found the room empty. The person who was sleeping inside was gone.
Just then, Changmin ran in. “Rachel we need to go. Junsu…” Before Changmin could finish, Rachel was already out of the door.
“Junsu, please don’t leave me.”

“Micky, how is Junsu?” Jaejoong stood up to ask when the he walked out of the room.
“Junsu is fine but he is in coma now. Something must be holding him back from waking up after the faint.”
“What can we do to help him wake up?” Yunho asked concerned.
“Just keep talking to him. Take turns to speak to him. Speak about anything. Just let him know that we are concerned and still care for him. Especially Rachel. Junsu needs her the most now.”
“Thanks Micky.” Jaejoong turned to Rachel who was sitting on the bench only to find her gone. “Where’s Rachel?”
“She must have gone in. Let’s just leave them alone.” Yunho knew Rachel was very upset and was in a lost now that Junsu was in coma. Something had to be done.
“Changmin where did you find Junsu?” Yunho was curious. Junsu was a very fit and healthy person. It makes no sense that Junsu would faint.
“I found him near the beach. He was just lying on the ground.”
The beach! Junsu must have saw something. Was it because he saw Rachel hugging him?

Inside the hospital room, Rachel was sitting on Junsu’s bed. He looked pale and drained. A tear fell onto Junsu’s hand. Rachel could not bear to see Junsu in this state. The usual hyper and bubbly Junsu was now gone. He was just lying on the hospital bed sleeping, refusing to awake because of something.
Yunho’s head popped into the room. “Rachel there’s something you need to know.” Rachel wipped her tear stained face and followed Yunho out.
“Junsu was found near the beach. I think he saw us hugging that’s why he fainted.”
Rachel stared blankly at Yunho and nodded. What can she do now? It was too late. Junsu had seen what happened. It’s impossible to explain to him now. She walked back into the room.
“WHAT!!! YOU TWO WERE HUGGING!!!” Jaejoong shouted at Yunho. Yunho muffled Jaejoong’s voice and dragged him out of the hospital. “We need to talk…”

“Junsu, I know you are listening. I need you to know that there is nothing going on between Yunho and I. What you saw wasn’t what it seemed. Please give me a chance to explain.” Rachel looked at Junsu half expecting a reaction from him. “Is it because of me that you refuse to wake up? Is it because of what I’ve done you’re trying to sleep forever so that you won’t see me again? Am I the reason you’re like that? JUNSU TALK TO ME! I NEED AN ANSWER!!!”
The pulse detector suddenly let out a long beep. Micky and some nurses rushed into the room and tried to revive Junsu. He came out a few minutes later. “I think that’s enough for today. Let Junsu rest. Rachel you too. Junsu won’t want to see you like this.”
“Thanks Micky. I’d like to see him one last time before I leave.”

“Junsu, looking at you really breaks my heart. I know you hate me for what I’ve done. In my heart there is only you. You and you alone. Do wake up soon. Everyone is worried for you…” Rachel planted a kiss on Junsu’s forehead and left the room.
Junsu had felt the warmth of the kiss.
“I’ll give you a ride home Rach.” Changmin offered. Rachel shook her head and continued to leave the hospital.
“Let’s just leave her alone. She knows what she is doing.” Micky held Changmin back. “She needs to be alone.”

The next day, Jaejoong went to Rachel’s house to look for her. He rang the doorbell but no one answered. Sensing that something was amiss, Jaejoong called Yunho.
“YUNHO!! RACHEL IS MISSING! She didn’t answer her door.”
“She’s gone Jaejoong. She’s left Korea. She left a letter under my door this morning.”
“Left? To where??”
“She didn’t mention. I doubt we’ll ever find her again. She said she didn’t want Junsu to sleep anymore. She has left for his good…” Yunho’s voice trailed off. Rachel loved Junsu and made a sacrifice just to let him be happy once again.

“I didn’t know you could paint so well. Even Mr Brown said the painting was wonderful. If you sell it, you’ll definitely make a fortune.”
She smiled. She had used her feelings to paint the picture. “I’m not selling it. It’s too valuable.”
“Awww. What a waste. I’ve got to go now! Bye!”
She walked home slowly recalling the good times they had together, hugging the painting closer to her body. Reaching her house, she saw a man waiting outside the door. He looked familiar. The familiar image. The brown eyes. The fluffy hair. The perfume. It was all so familiar. How could she ever forget? As she walked closer, she realized who he is.
She dropped the things in her hands and stood rooted to the spot. She watched him as he walked up to her and picked up the painting on the floor.
“This person looks a little like me.” He said grinning at her.
Tears rolled down her cheeks. He was standing in front of her, barely a few inches away. Her knees gave way and she fell only to be caught in time by him. He hugged her tightly, as if afraid that she will disappear right under his nose. He cannot lose her again. He had lost her once and he was not going to let it happen again.
“Why did you leave me? You know I needed you. Without you, life was meaningless.” He had started to cry.
“I thought you wanted me to leave. I thought you’ll be happier when I’m gone.”
“Never ever leave me again. Don’t do that to me…Ever...”
“I won’t do that again. I promise. I love you Junsu.”
“I love you too.”
